The Molding Line for Resin Bonded Sand is supplied by Qingdao Wuyang Casting Machine Company, its capacity of mulling is 30 tons per hour, and it adopts the combination of centralized control with on-site control, additionally it sets secondary magnetic separation, secondary sifting, and twice dust removal device, which can ensure the quality of sand mulling and the work environment of civilized production.

With the producing capacity of 30  tons per hour, resin sand line is an advanced resins self hardening casting method; it applies to the medium and large sized production of unit, small quantity and multi-varieties. It improves cleanliness of surface, dimensional precision of the casting parts and quality.

Our iron foundry can make large grey iron and ductile iron castings by this process. Usually, we do not make steel castings by it, the green sand casting process is more suitable for steel castings.
